Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant dairy-farm experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of dairy farming and herd management solutions.
• Experience working directly with dairy farmers or producers.
• Familiarity with herd-management software or dairy-farm technology.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with dairy producers to understand operations and herd-management needs.
• Help farmers use herd-management technology to improve performance and efficiency.
• Train farmers and dealer teams on how to use the system effectively.
• Provide practical farm-management guidance and ongoing application support.
• Support customers with questions and maximize value from the technology.
• Partner with the sales team during customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Participate in farm visits, training sessions, and industry events.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams.
• Travel approximately 50% across the assigned territory.
