Qualifications

• Ability to use standard computer and software tools as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department.
• Oversee direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff.
