Harris Teeter is seeking an assistant to manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department. The role supports the Department Manager in directing, coordinating, and evaluating operations while ensuring adherence to Harris Teeter policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and English-language materials.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing and supervising up to 10 associates in Dairy/Frozen Department.
• Perform as floor monitor, interview and train associates, plan and direct work, and evaluate performance.
• Handle customer service, stock unloading/reloading salvage, and maintain Dairy/Frozen standards.
• Responsible for following Harris Teeter policies and standards in daily supervision.
