Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Full Time Dairy/Frozen Management Assistant to assist in supervising up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department. You will support the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation according to company policies and standards.

The role includes floor monitoring, interviewing and training associates, assigning work, and processing/stocking products while maintaining cleanliness and providing customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist to supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department.
• Support Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Perform floor monitoring, interviewing and training, and inventory tasks.
• Handle customer service responsibilities and adhere to policies.
