Job summary

Harris Teeter in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Full Time Dairy Frozen Management Assistant to help supervise up to 10 associates and support the Department Manager in directing the Dairy/Frozen operation. You will handle interviewing and training, assign tasks, stock products per standards, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining a safe, clean work area in a cold environment.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and 18+ years, with opportunities to grow within store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Willingness to participate in required training and work with the team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising up to 10 associates in Dairy/Frozen.
• Support the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Perform duties as floor monitor, interview and train associates, and plan shifts.
• Process and stock products according to Dairy/Frozen standards; maintain clean work areas.
