Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Full Time Dairy/Frozen Management Assistant in California to assist in supervising the Dairy/Frozen Department and support the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation.

The role includes floor monitoring, interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, stocking according to standards, and delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience/training.
• Ability to read/write in English and communicate with customers.
• Willingness to participate in required training and teamwork.
• Basic math and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department.
• Carry out duties per Harris Teeter policies; plan, assign, direct work.
• Process/stock products to Dairy/Frozen Standards; unload stock.
• Provide customer service and maintain cleanliness.
