Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Full Time Dairy/Frozen Management Assistant to support the Dairy/Frozen Department in Charlotte, NC. This role supervises up to 10 associates, assists the Department Manager, and ensures adherence to company standards while stocking, stocking, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department.
• Assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Perform as floor monitor, interview and train associates, plan, assign and direct work.
• Process/stock products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards, clean work areas, and provide customer service.
