Coborn's is seeking a Frozen/Dairy Department Manager to lead our in-store team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will coach and develop staff, ensure product quality and freshness, manage inventory and merchandising, and drive profitability while creating a positive, safe work environment for your crew.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a remarkable team of customer service champions and coach, train, develop and influence your team to achieve department and store goals.
• Provide remarkable customer service to guests in-store or by phone for special orders or questions.
• Build merchandising displays to drive sales and reach gross profit goals.
• Evaluate product quality and freshness to ensure high standards for customers.
• Order product and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Assist team with duties including prep, cleanliness, stocking, organizing the cooler/freezer, and waste disposal.
