• Experience or knowledge of dairy/frozen operations preferred.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and job requirements.
• Good reading comprehension and direction following.
• Effective guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments.
• Flexibility to handle various store duties as needed.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition dairy/frozen products on shelves.
• Maintain neat and safe work area for customers.
• Manage organized, inventoried overstock in coolers/freezers.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control and proper handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise on delivery.
• Order dairy items to maintain stock levels and rotation.
• Maintain organized paperwork for ordering and stock loss documentation.
• Maintain sanitation on sales floor and in cooler/freezer areas.
• Support front-end duties to ensure quick checkout and minimal wait.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
