Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations across departments, mentor team members, and drive customer service and sales while upholding company standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling and P&L, promote a safe work environment, and model the Meijer Friendly Initiative in every interaction. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of retail management experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years retail management experience.
• Experience rotating through store departments is a plus.
