Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English for clear communication.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (day/swing/graveyard).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and multi-tasking in a dairy plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate separators to ensure proper fat separation and fat percentage in whey cream.
• Run whey HTSTs following state and federal guidelines; monitor flow and temperature.
• Operate filtration equipment (UFs/DFs/MFs) and perform hourly checks.
• Learn and operate computer-controlled processes and maintain QC programs.
