Job summary

You will follow procedures, identify production flows, troubleshoot plant issues, operate CIP/COP systems, perform in-process sampling and uphold food safety and sanitation.

The role requires strong English skills, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and the stamina for 12-hour shifts including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Willingness to work 12-hour variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Experience with SAP is a plus for production/warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain cheese towers and related equipment following procedures.
• Identify production flows from processing steps to packaging and complete product transitions.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment issues and communicate with maintenance.
• Operate sanitation systems (CIP/COP) and perform inspections.
• Conduct in-process sampling and ensure food safety practices.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment issues to leadership as needed.
