Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food, dairy, beverage, ingredient, or similar process manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to follow written operating procedures and food safety requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized filtration equipment used to process dairy ingredients.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and product concentrations throughout production.
• Make routine process adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality checks accurately.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they impact production.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and communicate operational concerns promptly.
• Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures and sanitation activities according to established standards.
• Follow all food safety, quality, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team production goals.
