Job summary

• Basic math skills for transactions, counting and change handling.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment to encourage customer return.
• Assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals for the department.
• Answer questions about products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Inform customers of specials and promotions and suggest items accordingly.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and ensure freshness/quality.
