Kroger in Clarksville, AL is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide outstanding service and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will assist the department manager to reach sales goals and help customers with product questions, samples, and dairy promotions. Candidates should have retail experience, good math skills, and strong communication.

Bilingual abilities are a plus. You will be expected to stay calm under pressure and uphold safety, honesty, and integrity in all store

Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued.
• Answer questions about products and assist across the store.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of specials and provide fresh products to order.
• Recommend dairy items to customers to meet their needs.
• Check product quality, review dates, and take action as needed.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain temperature logs.
• Support preventive maintenance and report issues promptly.
