Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation and safety under the direction of the Charge Nurse. You will document findings, measure vital signs and assist with admissions, ensuring residents are oriented and comfortable on arrival.

You will respond promptly to call lights, maintain accurate records, and work with the team to ensure high-quality daily care and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state you will be working.
• Excellent communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to perform duties with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination and safety as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Documents in patient records per guidelines and completes admission procedures.
• Takes vital signs, records weights, and promptly reports changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Responds to call lights and assists residents to meet needs; maintains rounds and proper positioning.
• Maintains supplies, set ups, and enters charge items per procedure; supports care plans.
