LaSalle Investment Management is seeking an NAV Analyst to join the team in support of a non-listed daily NAV REIT. The role involves collaborating with portfolio management and accounting to compute NAV, monitor property valuations, and prepare investor reports.

The position requires a finance or real estate background with 2–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• NAV Calculation: Performing daily calculations of the REIT's Net Asset Value based on inputs from portfolio management, Independent Valuation Advisor, transfer agent, etc.
• Marketing: Aiding in preparation and review of periodic marketing materials and calculation of metrics reported to investors.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including daily NAV reports, for internal stakeholders, investors, and regulators.
• Operational Support: Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of systems to facilitate daily NAV calculation and reporting.
• Compliance and Regulations: Staying up-to-date with industry standards and REIT guidelines to ensure compliance; supporting audits.
• Collaboration: Working with asset management, investment management, and finance to gather data and resolve valuation issues.
