Job summary

Cloud People, Germany-based with a home‑based setup and travel across Germany and occasional European travel, is seeking a Senior Account Executive for DACH focused on Microsoft Licensing & Solutions. You will convert existing pipeline into net new business and scale a repeatable sales motion across mid‑market, enterprise and private equity backed organisations.

Fluent German and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

Proven track record of opening new markets and generating pipeline.
Experience selling in the Microsoft licensing, Azure and security space.
Fluent German and professional English required.
Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Background with CSP, MSP, or enterprise tech partner.

Responsibilities

Own net new customer acquisition across DACH and build pipeline.
Propel opportunity creation via direct prospecting, referrals, partners, events.
Run full sales cycle from discovery to close with senior stakeholders.
Position Microsoft licensing, Azure, security, and services.
Build visibility via Microsoft ecosystem and channel partners.
Leverage German customers for references and use cases.
Adapt global messaging for local market and campaigns.
Establish prospecting, pipeline and forecasting rhythms for future hires.
