Roadsurfer is seeking a Market Fleet Manager – DACH to lead all Regional Fleet Managers across five DACH regions and oversee Fleet Managers, Technicians, and Spare Parts Experts for 4000+ vehicles at 40+ stations. You will drive fleet availability, repair turnaround, cost efficiency, and quality across the market to keep operations performing at their best.

Competenze

Degree/Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of fleet management, maintenance or workshop experience.
5+ years direct people management in technical environments.
Strong analytical, budgeting, and communication skills.
Familiar with SAP/Oracle systems.

Mansioni

Own the Maintenance, Repair, and Fleet Transfer budget and ensure cost-efficient repairs.
Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and priorities.
Maintain strong vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow.
Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and costs.
Lead and develop fleet teams at the station ensuring performance and capability.
Track KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy, driving improvements.
