Job summary

Software Placement Group in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. You will work across procurement, inventory, planning, and order management to drive efficiency.

As a functional SME, you will gather requirements, configure D365 SCM modules, lead testing and UAT, generate reports and dashboards with Power BI, and partner with IT and business teams to implement

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional system requirements.
Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
Serve as a functional SME for D365 Supply Chain Management.
Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain operations.
Provide production support and assist users with D360-related questions and issues.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities and updates.
