Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions and support end-to-end supply chain activities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory.

The role demands hands-on experience with D365 SCM and Power BI, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate in a structured environment with documentation and testing rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience with D365 Finance & SCM and Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective with business & technical teams.
• Experience with ERP implementation, testing, and production support.
• Excel data analysis and reporting; change control and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
• Serve as a functional SME for D365 SCM and liaison with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules; monitor performance and data quality.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs; support data migration and validation.
• Create specs, process docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Support testing cycles, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
