Job summary

Jennmar is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions across procurement, inventory, and planning.

Role requires hands-on experience with D365 SCM, Power Platform, and Excel data analysis; you will support implementations, testing, and production support in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, IS, Operations or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Inventory modules in D365.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing and order management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional specs.
• ERP implementation, configuration, testing and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Excel data analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with D365 Finance processes and cost management module.
• Experience administering role security and ISV integration awareness.
• Demonstrated experience in most SCM modules; D365 inquiries and reporting.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
• Serve as a functional SME for D365 SCM and partner with stakeholders.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
• Analyze data to improve inventory, planning, procurement, and operations performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support.
• Create functional specifications, process docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in system testing: unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Support D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Work with developers to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Monitor data quality and recommend corrective actions.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain operations.
• Provide production support and assist users with D365 questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with D365 SCM capabilities and Microsoft release updates.

Jennmar is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
