Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years with D365 SCM.
• Experience with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Inventory.
• Experience converting business requirements into functional specs.
• ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on Excel data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with UAT, DEV, TEST, PROD environments.
• Ability to work with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 SCM.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, and procurement.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when required.
• Create functional specs, process docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Assist in system testing and support data migration and reconciliation.
