Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The candidate should have strong supply chain knowledge and hands-on experience with D365 SCM.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring modules, analyzing data, and driving improvements in procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, and order management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with ERP implementations, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system specs.
• Experience partnering with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
• Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, procurement, and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when required.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Work with developers and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
• Monitor system performance and data quality and recommend corrective actions.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supply chain operations.
• Provide production support and assist users with D365-related questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management capabilities and Microsoft release updates.
