Qualifications

15+ years of overall IT experience.
10–12+ years ERP consulting/support experience.
Strong end-to-end O2C & P2P expertise.
D365 + Oracle ERP experience — Mandatory.
Experience managing ERP tickets, escalations, triage and closure.
ServiceNow experience for incident/ticket management.
Experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant / Hypercare Lead / PM.
