Job summary

SANS Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Hypercare support functional MFG/SCM Consultant with expertise in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. The candidate will work from client offices in the US and travel to client locations as needed to address business-critical scenarios.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years in IT with 10–12 years in OC&P consulting, hands-on D365 and Oracle ERP experience, and ServiceNow familiarity. W2 status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 15+ overall IT experience with 10–12 years in consulting/supporting Order to Cash & Procure to Pay cycles on ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay end-to-end cycles; D365 & Oracle ERPs mandatory.
• Significant ERP domain knowledge and technology-agnostic approach.
• End-to-end ERP experience with D365 & Oracle as primary systems; hyper care focus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles across multiple iterative ERP releases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve tickets related to ERP processes, ensuring timely closure.
• Act as a hyper-care consultant/PM for D365 and Oracle ERPs in client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are immediately looking for a Functional MFG/SCM Consultant having expertise on D365+Oracle ERPs who can support & manage the support of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles (multiple & iterative releases) one after the other

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 15 + overall experience in IT and 10 to 12 years of relevant experience of consulting/supporting Order to Cash & Procure to Pay cycles on ERP systems
• Hands-on experience and understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay end to end cycles. D365 & Oracle ERPs experience is mandatory
• Significant expert ERP domain knowledge and technology agnostic
• End to end ERP experience (majorly 2 dominant systems: D365 & Oracle)
• Expert in handling Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles / tickets to appropriate teams and bring them to closure
• Should have worked as a hyper care support consultant/PM in past on D365 & Oracle ERPs

Mandatory Skills:

• End to end and extensive experience in Order to Cash & Procure to Pay cycles (D635 & Oracle – two dominant ERPs, specifically)
• Experience of working with Service Now for hyper care support

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Agile – Scrum ways of working
