Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 10–12+ years ERP consulting/support experience.
- Strong end-to-end O2C & P2P expertise.
- D365 + Oracle ERP experience — Mandatory.
- Experience managing ERP tickets, escalations, triage and closure.
- ServiceNow experience for incident/ticket management.
- Experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant / Hypercare Lead / PM.
