Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Hypercare Support Functional MFG/SCM Consultant to support a critical ERP hypercare engagement in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes with hands-on D365 and Oracle ERP expertise.

The ideal candidate has extensive hypercare experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of resolving production issues in ERP environments. Hybrid/onsite working from the nearest US office is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10-12+ years of ERP consulting/support experience.
• Extensive end-to-end experience with O2C and P2P cycles.
• Mandatory experience with both D365 and Oracle ERP.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident/ticket management and hypercare support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional MFG/SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes to support a critical ERP hypercare engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle ERP and a proven background in post-go-live/hypercare support.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10-12+ years of relevant ERP consulting/support experience.
• Extensive end-to-end experience with Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
• Mandatory experience with both D365 and Oracle ERP.
• Strong functional ERP domain knowledge.
• Proven experience handling production/hypercare tickets and driving issues through resolution.
• Previous experience as a Hypercare Support Consultant, Functional Consultant, or PM supporting D365 and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident/ticket management and hypercare support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of MFG/SCM business processes.
• Experience coordinating with technical and functional teams during critical production issues.
