Qualifications

• 13–15 years of experience in ERP / D365 F&O / Dynamics AX.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations.
• 3–5 years experience as Solution Architect on large programs.
• Strong expertise in finance, procurement, inventory, and project accounting modules.
• Experience with US/India multi-country deployments.
• Strong API, Azure, dual-write, DMF integration experience.
• Healthcare or life sciences domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end D365 F&O solution architecture across finance, supply chain, and procurement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP designs.
• Lead discovery workshops and solution design discussions.
• Architect integrations with EHR/EMR, HIS, pharmacy, and external systems.
• Define data architecture, migration strategy, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with US and India financial, tax, and regulatory standards.
• Drive ALM, deployment strategy, and multi-region implementations.
