Job summary

Axiom Path is leading a global ERP transformation focused on standardizing business processes and improving visibility through Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. You will own the Sales and Customer Service workstream, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and test end-to-end solutions.

You will lead workshops, document requirements, and translate them into practical specifications.

Qualifications

7–10 years of ERP functional experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM/F&O.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead functional analysis and solution design for Sales and Customer Service processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
Own business-process requirements across Quote-to-Cash, Sales & Marketing, Rebate Management, and Pricing Management.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to document current-state processes and future-state requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specs for developers and integration teams.
Configure and optimize D365 FSCM functionality, workflows, reporting, security, and related processes.
Partner with technical teams on integrations and third-party applications.
Develop testing strategies and train end users to drive adoption.
