Motion Recruitment is seeking a D365 FSCM Functional Lead to drive a large ERP modernization, focusing on Sales Operations and Customer Service within D365 FSCM. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and optimize O2C, pricing, and rebates.

The role demands extensive FSCM experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead transformation initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or ERP leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM/F&O.
• Proven ability to lead ERP process improvement and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations and Customer Service processes within D365 FSCM.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize D365 functionality for O2C, Sales, Pricing, and Rebates.
• Collaborate with development teams on integrations and enhancements.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and end-user training.
• Drive user adoption and change management.
