Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks an ERP Sales & Customer Service Workstream Lead / Senior Business Analyst with deep D365 FSCM expertise. You will drive transformation, partner with business and technical teams, and lead QTC, Sales & Marketing, Pricing Management, and Rebate processes to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

The role requires bridging business users and technologists, ensuring efficient, best-practice deployments across enterprise environments and ongoing optimization after go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, ERP Lead, or Workstream Lead.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM/F&O in complex environments.
• Experience leading QTC, Sales & Marketing, Pricing, and Rebate Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Sales and Customer Service within D365 FSCM.
• Partner with stakeholders to map current processes and identify improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and drive solution design discussions.
• Lead configuration and optimization across QTC, Sales & Marketing, Pricing and Rebates.
• Develop functional specs and collaborate with tech teams on integrations.
• Support testing, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
