Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Analyst to support a multi-year ERP transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. The role acts as the functional expert for Sales and Customer Service, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions.

The position is hybrid with three days onsite in Clemmons or Mocksville, NC. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in ERP/BA roles, a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Business, and deep FSCM configuration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years as ERP Analyst/Business Analyst/Functional Consultant.
• Extensive hands-on D365 FSCM experience.
• Experience in Quote-to-Cash, Sales & Marketing, Rebate Management, Pricing Management.
• Strong gap analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Collaborates with technical teams on integrations and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to map current-state processes.
• Lead requirements sessions and document functional business requirements.
• Configure and optimize D365 FSCM for Sales and Customer Service.
• Assess processes and propose best-practice D365 solutions.
• Collaborate on customizations, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and execute testing strategies including UAT.
• Support deployment and post-go-live production support.
• Create training materials and lead end-user training.
• Drive continuous improvement and evaluate new FSCM capabilities.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
