Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Analyst to support a multi-year transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. You will serve as a functional expert for Sales and Customer Service processes, gathering requirements, configuring the system, and optimizing solutions across Quote-to-Cash, Pricing, and Rebates.

You will work onsite three days per week in Clemmons, NC or Mocksville, NC, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure user adoption and successful

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role.
• Extensive hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM experience required.
• Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash, Sales & Marketing, Rebate Management and Pricing Management.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into scalable ERP configurations.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear and effective communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Understand current-state Sales and Customer Service processes with stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional requirements.
• Configure and optimize D365 FSCM to support Sales and Customer Service operations.
• Conduct process assessments and recommend best-practice solutions leveraging standard D365 capabilities.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams on customizations and integrations.
• Develop and execute testing strategies including user acceptance testing.
• Support deployment activities and post-go-live production support.
• Create training materials and lead end-user training sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate new D365 FSCM capabilities for business value.
• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
