Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements.

This role combines deep functional expertise with strong project and client leadership. You will guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from business process assessment through deployment and post-go-live optimization, liaising with CFOs and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
• Own or oversee functional workstreams across requirements, process design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, and stabilization.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analyses, solution reviews, and design workshops.
• Translate business, finance, and accounting requirements into scalable D365 Finance & operations solutions.
• Develop and review functional designs, solution blueprints, configuration documentation, test strategies, and training materials.
• Ensure solutions align with D365 product capabilities, implementation methodology, security requirements, reporting needs, and client objectives.
