Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Lead for an immediate contract engagement. The role demands deep, hands-on finance and supply chain expertise and the ability to guide functional work streams across the project.

The successful candidate will analyze requirements, configure the system, and deliver D365 F&O solutions while coordinating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional expertise in D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Based in the United States and available to work US East Coast hours.
• Willing to travel to Philadelphia, PA, occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities across D365 F&O Finance and SCM.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements from finance and supply chain stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, designs and configurations.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend standard or custom solutions.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings; provide guidance to users and tech teams.
• Ensure configurations align with processes, controls and requirements.
• Configure core modules: GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, etc.
• Write/modify code to support D365 F&O customizations and integrations.
