Job summary

Executive Human Resource Service is seeking a Finance & Operations Functional Lead to oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations. In this role, you will guide executive leadership through modernizing financial operations and enhancing business performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in enterprise Finance ERP implementations and significant expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with strong leadership and communication skills. U.S. citizenship or work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience leading enterprise Finance ERP implementations.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation experience.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and business process assessments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
• Lead high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
• Oversee requirement gathering and solution design.
