LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform as the business grows across locations and acquisitions.

You will lead ERP analysts, developers, and partner teams, manage deployments, data migrations, and integrations, and drive process improvements, change control, and user adoption.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ERP roles, including 2+ years leading people; no specific degree required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in ERP roles with 2+ years leading people.
• Experience delivering ERP rollouts or upgrades.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, configuration standards, releases, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions across configuration, process improvements, and development.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, and support data quality and reporting.
• Manage implementation and support partners against scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, role-based access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures.
