Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business scales across locations and acquisitions. You will lead people, priorities, partners, and releases to keep the ERP platform performing and guide new operations onto it.

You will drive production performance, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to modernize processes and ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations settlements and distributions.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams and developing people.
• Delivered ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, configuration standards, releases, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP configurations and process improvements.
