Workforce Recruiter is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform as the business expands across locations and acquisitions. You’ll lead the ERP team, align with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations, and drive releases, data migrations, and integrations.

This role requires 5+ years in ERP, prior leadership of ERP workstreams, change management, and strong stakeholder communication. No specific degree required.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Dynamics AX.
• Proven ability to lead ERP teams and priorities.
• Experience delivering ERP rollouts, upgrades, and go-live support.

Responsabilidades

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, and deployment readiness.
• Coach ERP analysts and developers; balance support, enhancements, and projects.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP configurations and improvements.
• Lead backlog prioritization, progress communications, and user adoption.
• Oversee ERP implementations, data migrations, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Manage ERP integrations with BI/Data teams and audits.
