Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business expands across locations, entities, and acquisitions. You will lead the ERP team, align with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations, and drive initiatives from backlog to go-lives.

Responsibilities include optimizing production performance, overseeing integrations, and delivering multi-entity rollouts with data migrations, training, and change management to ensure a scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ERP roles, including 2+ years leading ERP teams.
• Experience delivering ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch support.
• Strong knowledge of finance and supply chain or manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners and coordinating integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, releases, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical configuration, process improvements, and development.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, and support data quality and reporting.
• Manage implementation and support partners against scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures.
