Job summary

6 Degrees Search seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business scales across locations and acquisitions. You will lead the ERP program, manage people, partners, and releases, and ensure the platform supports growth.

You will direct ERP production performance, integration work, data quality, and training, while partnering with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to drive process improvements and modernization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O and finance/supply chain processes.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams and prioritizing work.
• Successful ERP rollout/upgrades with go-live support.
• Experience coordinating ERP implementations and data migrations.
• Strong change management, testing, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own production performance, environment health, and release readiness for D365 F&O.
• Coach ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical configuration and process improvements.
• Prioritize ERP backlog and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, rollouts, data migrations, and go-lives.
• Oversee integrations and data quality with BI/Data teams.
• Manage partners against scope, budgets, timelines.
• Maintain controls, access, audits, incident response, metrics, and recovery.
