Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business expands to new locations and entities. You will lead a blended team of ERP analysts, developers, and support staff, guiding priorities, releases, and training to keep the platform performant and compliant.

You will drive ERP modernization initiatives, data integrations, and strategic partnerships with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in ERP environments with hands-on leadership.
2+ years leading ERP teams or workstreams.
Successful delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades and go-live support.

Responsibilities

Own D365 production performance, environment health, configurations, releases and deployments.
Lead ERP analysts, developers and support resources; balance support, enhancements and priorities.
Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions across configuration and processes.
Own ERP backlog prioritization, progress communication and user adoption/training.
Lead ERP implementations, multi-entity rollouts, data migrations and cutovers.
Oversee integrations and partner with BI/Data teams for data quality and reporting.
Manage partners against scopes, budgets and timelines.
Maintain change controls, access security, audit readiness, incident response and service metrics.
