Top Echelon Software, LLC. in Pittsburgh is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and lead the team through multi-entity growth, acquisitions, and ERP modernization.

You will manage production performance, oversee ERP implementations and data migrations, coach analysts and developers, and align ERP priorities with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in ERP roles with leadership experience.
• 2+ years leading ERP teams or workstreams.
• Delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners.
• Strong change-management, testing, and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, configuration standards, releases, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Lead and coach ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions across configuration, process improvements, and development.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, and support data quality and reporting.
• Manage implementation and support partners against scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, role-based access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures.
