Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC partners with a client seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Dynamics 365 F&O, lead ERP teams, and drive multi-entity rollouts as the business scales.

The role blends technical and functional ERP leadership, focusing on performance, data integrity, and successful go-lives, upgrades, and integrations with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and BI teams. No specific degree is required; 5+ years ERP experience and leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with D365 F&O and finance/supply chain or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, configuration standards, releases, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions across configuration, process improvements, and development.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, and support data quality and reporting.
• Manage implementation and support partners against scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, role-based access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures.
