Hire Consulting Services is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business scales across locations and new entities. You’ll steer the ERP program, lead a team of analysts and developers, and ensure deployments meet performance and governance standards.

Qualificações

• Hands-on D365 F&O/AX production experience with finance and supply chain modules.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams and mentoring staff.
• Proven delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners and coordinating integrations.
• Comfort with change management, testing, access controls, and executive communication.
• 5+ years in ERP roles, with 2+ years leading people or workstreams; degree optional.

Responsabilidades

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, and deployments.
• Lead ERP analysts and developers, balancing support and projects.
• Translate business needs into practical configuration and process improvements.
• Own ERP backlog, communicate progress, drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, multi-entity rollouts, data migrations and go-lives.
• Oversee integrations and data quality with BI/Data teams.
• Manage partners against scopes, budgets, timelines.
• Maintain change controls, access, audit readiness, and incident response.
