Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Pittsburgh seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business grows across new locations, entities, and acquisitions. This is more than maintenance; you’ll lead people, priorities, partners, and releases that keep the ERP platform performing and ready for expansion.

You will drive production health, environment configuration, and backlog; coach ERP analysts and developers; translate business needs into practical solutions;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ERP roles or equivalent
• Experience delivering ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and post-launch
• Leadership experience with ERP teams or workstreams
• Experience coordinating ERP implementation or support partners and migrations
• Comfort with change management, testing, access controls, and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, configurations, releases, testing and deployment readiness.
• Lead and coach ERP analysts, developers and support resources; balance support, enhancements and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions across configuration, processes and development.
• Own and prioritize ERP backlog, communicate progress, drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, support data quality and reporting.
