Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager in Pittsburgh to own and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple entities. You will lead ERP talent, drive releases, and partner with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to support acquisitions and expansion.

You will manage the ERP backlog, mentor analysts, and ensure seamless data migrations, integrations, and go-lives while maintaining strong governance and training.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with D365 F&O and Dynamics AX in finance/manufacturing contexts.
Proven ERP leadership delivering multi-entity rollouts and go-lives.
Experience managing ERP partners and coordinating data migrations.
Strong change management, testing, and stakeholder communication.
5+ years in ERP roles, 2+ years leading people.

Responsibilities

Own D365 production performance, environment health, releases and deployments.
Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources.
Translate business needs into configuration and process improvements.
Prioritize backlog, drive user adoption and training.
Oversee integrations and data quality with BI teams.
Manage partners against scope, budgets, timelines.
Maintain access controls and audit readiness.
