Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a detail-oriented Data Support Specialist to help implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system at our Dunn, NC site. This 12–18 month role focuses on ensuring master data accuracy and readiness, with cross-functional support for Quality, Production Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate has a data science or related degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP data projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in data-related field.
• Proven data analysis experience within ERP implementations.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI/SQL beneficial.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess existing system master data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with site SMEs to support data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Assist in mapping legacy data to the new D365 ERP structure per standards.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to track progress.
• Support data migration by preparing datasets, validating loads, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Document data-related processes, transformation rules, and validation criteria.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support project decisions.
• Support other departments with data entry, job scheduling, and clerical tasks.
