Job summary

Medix Technology is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Product Data Analyst to bridge engineering, manufacturing, and IT. You will lead data migration and manage Item Master records, BOMs, UOMs, and SKU attributes within Dynamics 365 (D365) and PLM systems to support accurate core product data.

You will ensure data architecture integrity, perform hands-on data entry and audits, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to remove bottlenecks in product setup and order

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on Product Data Engineering experience.
• Direct experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) in item master, BOMs, and manufacturing setup.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, warehousing, supply chain structures.
• Advanced Excel capabilities (data manipulation, formulas, cleanup) and MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving for complex product structures.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Change Control: Execute change plans across designated SKU groups, update label documentation.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Product Data Analyst to bridge the gap between engineering best practices, manufacturing operations, and IT. In this role, you will lead high-volume data migration and management initiatives within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

Rather than mechanical design, your primary focus will be data architecture integrity—ensuring that items, specifications, change plans, and labeling documents are accurately established and maintained across our manufacturing and warehouse environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• ERP & Data Management: Build, update, and maintain critical core product data within D365, including Item Master records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Units of Measure (UOM), and SKU attributes.
• Engineering Change Control: Execute engineering change plans across designated SKU groups, reset product specifications, and update corresponding label documentation.
• PLM Maintenance: Manage ongoing updates within the PLM system to ensure engineering specifications align seamlessly with front-end order processing and downstream manufacturing workflows.
• Data Verification & Accuracy: Perform hands-on data entry and audit product structures to ensure that complex engineering data translates correctly into operational ERP parameters (no coding required).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical translator between Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to eliminate operational bottlenecks related to product setup.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent hands‑on Product Data Engineering experience.
• ERP Experience: Direct experience working within Dynamics 365 (D365), specifically around Item Master, BOMs, and manufacturing setup modules.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, warehousing, supply chain structures, and engineering documentation standards.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (data manipulation, formulas, cleanup) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving, and the ability to comprehend complex technical product structures during routine data processing.
